  1. Visit the IPPB Website: Access https://www.ippbonline.com/ to initiate the process.
  2. Service Request Tab:
    • If you are an IPPB customer, click on “India Post Payments Bank Customer.”
    • If you are a non-IPPB customer, click on “Non India Post Payments Bank Customer.”

  8. URN/SRN Generation:
    • Upon submission, receive the URN/SRN on your registered mobile number.

  9. Processing Time:
    • The mobile number in Aadhaar will be updated upon verification by UIDAI, taking 4-5 working days.

How to Apply For India Post Aadhaar Enrollment or Update:

  1. Visit India Post Aadhaar Service.
  2. Fill in your Name, Address, and Pin Code.
  3. Select IPPB – Aadhaar Services.
  4. Select Uidai Aadhaar Enrollment or Update from the List.
  5. Click On Request OTP.

How to Submit a Doorstep Banking Request:

Customers can raise service requests during the timeline mentioned below:

  • Call @ Call Centre – 155299.
  • Ad-hoc request through GDS, Postmen, or Post office.

Service Delivery Hours:

  • The request can be raised from a minimum for T+2 maximum to T+10.
  • A customer can pick a time slot for delivery of service between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the scheduled date.

Doorstep Banking Charges:

Below are the charges for doorstep banking, according to the IPPB website:

  • Flat Rs 20*/- plus GST per doorstep visit per customer serviced beyond 1 km from the Post Office.
  • There is no limit on the number of transactions during a DSB visit for one customer (CIF). If another customer is served during the same visit, this is considered a separate DSB delivery and is chargeable.
  • Charges applicable to individual products or services availed during a DSB visit will be as per the “Schedule of charges” and will be in addition to the DSB charges.
